In this edition of the Multimedia Case of the Month we have the pleasure of presenting the Spain Case, developed for the area of  Economic Environment.

The Mango Case

This multimedia case, analyzes the online sale strategy of Mango. This case covers the strategy since the company launched their e-commerce platform in 2000 until 2008.

This case contains a series of interactive graphs that explain what e-commerce is and the impact it can have on the P&L of a company especially in the retail sector. It does also include a “did you know?” that describes the use of e-commerce platforms in various sectors. It does also include videos of Mango’s Executives explaining the decisions they took before and after the implementation of the online strategy.
