The Schindler Case
This multimedia case study analyzes the supply chain of the installation of home elevators at Schindler, since the order of the product is made. The case illustrates the importance of having a global vision of the entire supply chain in order to improve and become more competitive. It also shows that there is still a great ride to move in this direction, in which creative approaches can be of decisive importance.
