In this edition of the Multimedia Case of the Month we have the pleasure of presenting the case BBVA: The Web 2.0 Innovation (Re)-Evolution, developed for the area of Information Systems and Technologies.

BBVA: The Web 2.0 Innovation (Re)-Evolution

This multimedia case study looks at the Information and Transformation Plan that the financial institution began in 2007. It focuses specifically on the different Web 2.0 applications that the bank launched in order to improve client service and experience. This case has a heavy video component and includes showcases of the various applications, helping to spark discussion about how these will affect the strategy of the company. It also includes interviews discussing the importance of innovation with managers of the bank, as well as a question section which raises future challenges surrounding the Innovation and Transformation Plan.
