His professional experience began in 1978 in the Management Consulting Division of Arthur Andersen & Co., now Accenture, and continued in the field of consultancy with KPMG. Later he works in the Spanish financial sector in various companies and always with managerial responsibilities.
In 1993 began his activities in development cooperation, specifically in microfinance and financial inclusion, and since July 2004 he is the Managing Partner of NODUS Consultores S.L.
In this period he has directed several projects for national and international agencies of development such as the AECID; the German Technical Cooperation, GIZ; the European Investment Bank, EIB; the International Fund for Agricultural Development, IFAD; the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, EBRD; the German Financial Cooperation Development, KfW; the Swedish International Development Agency, SIDA; the Inter-American Development Bank, IDB; the Multilateral Investment Fund, MIF; the Clinton Bush Haiti Fund; the International Finance Corporation and the World Bank, among others.
Work in Latin America and the Caribbean, Africa, Asia and Europe.
He is an economist, specializing in Monetary, Fiscal and International Economy, from the Complutense University of Madrid, and a Masters in Business Administration from the School of Industrial Organization in Madrid, Spain.
Ph.D. – University of Minnesota, is Professor of Management Sciences in the Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University, where he is also Faculty Director for Educational Technology and Academic Director for the Fisher EMBA: Energy. Prior to joining the Fisher College of Business in 2011, Rungtusanatham held faculty and administrative positions at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Arizona State University, and the University of Minnesota. While at ArizonaStateUniversity, he founded and directed the W. P. Carey MBA – Online Program.
Rungtusanatham is an awards-winning faculty member in research and teaching. His research into quality management, mass customization, and supply chain design through buyer-supplier structural and relational dynamics has been awarded “best paper” and “best paper finalists” status from the Journal of Operations Management, Production Planning & Control, and Decision Sciences Journal of Innovative Education. His research has also been recognized by Emerald Management Reviews, the Operations Management Division of the Academy of Management, and the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals. In teaching, Rungtusanatham won teaching awards at Arizona State University and the Ohio State University, and has received the distinction of of Foreign Professor of High Qualification from the Università di Padova, Italy.

Jean-Marc Bonnefous is the founder and managing partner of Tellurian Capital Management LLP, an investment management firm focused on energy & commodity investment strategies. Prior to that he was the Global head of Commodity Derivatives at BNP Paribas until 2006, based in New York and London. He built and managed the commodity derivative trading business at BNP Paribas across a wide range of commodity assets including oil, natural gas, power, emissions, coal, metals and agricultural commodities. Mr. Bonnefous has been involved in commodity derivatives trading throughout his career and participated in the development of the OTC derivative market in oil, natural gas and base metals from the early 1990’s. He hold a graduate degree from the Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris (SciencesPo) as well as a master in law from the University of Paris-Assas and a post-graduate degree (DESS) in Banking and Finance from the University of Paris-Dauphine. He was accepted into the ‘Energy Hall of Fame’ by Risk magazine in 2004.

Extensively trained in the design world in their various fields , he was co-founder of La Mamba studio having several awards internationally. In 2011 he began a new adventure immersed in the world of business and entrepreneurship applying the principles of design as a creative mindset to deal with “Wikcked problems” . He develops this work primarily within Thinkers Co.,but also he has open projects of creation of startups. At the end of 2013, its working model was compiled in the book Designpedia : 80 tools to build your ideas. A compilation of tools under the framework of Design Thinking, constituting a singular book in Castilian.
With great expertise in Design Thinking , Lean and Business Design , Juan is mentor from IE Venture Lab since 2012 , and participated in various initiatives such as Lean Startup Machine, or more recently Startup Bus Startups Mansion.
I received a degree in law and I hold a Master of Social Responsibility. I work in international development cooperation since Mars 2002, especially as a consultant in NODUS Consultores S.L., where I have started in 2004.
During my 12 years’ experience, more than 3 years I have been working from Brazil, I also I have made a large number of short trips to different countries where I have developed my professional experience, including Peru, Argentina, Uruguay, Haiti, Honduras, Nicaragua, Mali, etc.
My specific experience is focused in the area of inclusive finance and microfinance; additional to the technical knowledge I have also developed extensive skills in project management, control and monitoring of projects, as well as management tasks and training in specific projects and in the consulting in general.
