Bachelor’s degree in law and corporate consultancy. Additionally, she has studied an executive Master in Human Resources.
During 9 years, she has been Associate in law firm GARRIGUES, and after that, in 2009, she joined IBERIA LÍNEAS AÉREAS DE ESPAÑA as airport services employment relations deputy director. Currently, since January 2014, she works for FOMENTO DE CONSTRUCCIONES Y CONTRATAS managing the law department.
She is specialized in providing recurrent legal advice to multinational, legal support for labor court proceedings, and in the design, strategy and execution of collective employment measures (redundancy, collective transfers, and significant changes to working conditions).
José Luis Albert is Head of Corporate Equity Derivatives Europe at Banco Santander, where he joined in 2009 to set up the Corporate Equity Derivatives team and started Convertible Origination as a joint venture with Equity Capital Markets. From 2004 to 2009 he was Deputy Head of Corporate Equity Derivatives Europe at Merrill Lynch. Prior to Merrill Lynch, Jose Luis had worked for JPMorgan for 13 years, where he had been responsible for Fixed Income Research for Spain, Product Manager for Spanish Government Bonds, Head of Swaps Marketing for Spain, Head of Equity Derivatives Institutional Marketing Iberia and, from 2001, he was one of the founding members of the Corporate Equity Derivatives team, with responsibility for Iberia.
Jose Luis holds an MBA with Distinction by Carnegie Mellon University, a Chemical Engineering Degree (IQS) and a Chemistry Degree (Ramon Llull)
Francisco Seijo is a professor, researcher and consultant in environmental politics. His fields of expertise include climate change, forest policy, fire ecology and coupled human and natural systems theory and modeling. His work has appeared in leading scientific journals such as Environmental Politics, the Journal of Environmental Policy and Planning, Human Ecology Review, BioScience and Frontiers in Ecology and the Environment among others. More recently he has also co-edited a book with the europarliamentarian Florent Marcellesi for Editorial Icaria entitled “¿Que Europa queremos?” on recent developments in European politics. Dr. Seijo has also collaborated with various Spanish and international governmental and non-governmental organizations as a development consultant. He has also participated actively in the ongoing environmental and forest policy debate in Spain through opinion pieces in El Correo, Publico and Cadena SER.
Adolfo has a Bachelor’s degree in law by Complutense University of Madrid. In 2002, he joined the firm Montero Estévez y Asociados, where he remained until 2004, providing legal advice to the Spanish Association for the defense to Franchisee (AEDEF).
In 2004, he joined the Litigation Department at the prestigious Firm Ramón Hermosilla & Cia, where he remained until 2010. After that, he joined the Firm RHGR-Ontier as Senior Lawyer until January 2014. This year he launched his own firm “ADOLFO PREGO ABOGADOS”
