Roland A. Pfister  – International MBA

Roland A.Pfister

Dr. Roland A. Pfister is a management trainer and business consultant and holds a PhD degree in business and marketing from the University of St.Gallen. After finishing his master’s thesis on human resources management, he worked for two years as an IT consultant in the field of core banking applications for Accenture, a major consulting company, and another three years as a senior business analyst for the Credit Suisse Group. Afterwards he returned to university and started doing research on visualization. In his research, he examined the impact of quantitative and annotative visualization on communication in management processes. In addition he coaches management teams in companies and is a lecturer at the University of St.Gallen, the University of Applied Sciences in Zurich and the IE Business School in Madrid.




Ramiro Montealegre – IT

LHe is an Associate Professor of Information Systems at the University of Colorado, Boulder. He received his doctorate in business administration from the Harvard Business School in the area of management information systems. His master’s degree in computer science is from Carleton University, Canada. He holds a Bachelor in Engineering degree from the Francisco Marroquín University, Guatemala. His research focuses on the interplay between new information technology and organization transformation in highly uncertain environments. He has been involved in studying projects of organizational change in the United States, Canada, Spain, Mexico, and the Central and South American regions.
